Once you have completed the previous steps:
- Setup the hardware
- Setup the SIP server
- Setup the bdController GUI
you can place a call.
Register another SIP client to the SIP server
Of course, to place a call, it is necessary to have at least another client registered to the SIP server. For example, if you use the provided preconfigured SIP server and if you have registered the STM32F746 to the extension 1001, you can register another SIP client (e.g. a softphone, a desk IP phone, etc.) to the free extension 1002.
Call from F746DISCOVERY
It is possible to call from F746DISCOVERY to the other extension using the bdController: just enter into the field User Name of the SIP Call / Manage Call area the extension to call to and press the green button. The call will be placed and it will be possible to answer from the called extension.
Call to F746DISCOVERY
Call from the other extension to the F746DISCOVERY extension number. If autoanswer on S2C is enabled it will not be necessary to get the call.
